Alyx has more than 2 decades of experience working in the Entertainment Industry. As a performer Alyx worked with a catalogue of International artists and brands such as Rihanna, Jesse J, Pink, Coldplay, Heineken, Nike and Converse as well as hit TV Show's The X Factor, The MOBO Awards, The Brit Awards and So You Think You Can Dance. After an amazing career as a performer, Alyx decided to hang up her Dance shoes and pursue her first love, Choreography and Creative Direction. Since then her career has spanned across every platform from Film, Television, Music Video's and Live Tour's.
Alyx worked with UK artist Tinie Tempah in creating his summer resident show in Ibiza as well as UK festival, SW4. That same year Alyx Choreographed the closing performance at the MTV Eurepean Music Awards for David Guetta and Charlie XCX at Wembly. Other career highlights include Choreographing the closing ceremony for the FFA World Cup qualifiers at Stade De France stadium in Paris. 2022 was a busy year for Alyx. She Choreographed a Sold out Uk and Australian Tour for the Sugababe's as well as their incredible headline show at MightyHoopla in London and their return performance to the inconic Glastonbury. More performances include The Graham Norton Show and ITV'S New Years Eve "Big Bash".
Alyx was also the Choreographer on Kurupt FM's UK Tour. One of Alyx's best attributes is how comfortable and confident she makes people feel, this has naturally led her into the role of Movement coach. Most recently Alyx has been working closely with one of Parlophone Record Label's newest artist, Lozeak. Together they have just finished a sold out Uk Tour and 2 Music Videos. Heather Adele Kirkpatrick has enjoyed a varied professional dance and acting career spanning over 35 years ranging from stage to screen, she has won numerous national titles competing in the UK. As an educator, Heather has always had a passion for dance, academia and inclusive educational opportunities.
Heather was a BTEC Lead Verifier and one of the original writers of the Performing Arts suite of courses. Her course writing has spanned into creating four pioneering Foundation Degrees and seven BA Hons degrees in conjunction with Leeds Beckett University, Salford University Manchester Metropolitan and Bolton University. Heather has taught in primary schools, youth settings, secondary schools in some of the most deprived areas in the UK, special schools and then onto FE and University levels.
Heather alongside her educational work is an Arts Council commissioned choreographer and continues to develop educational physical theatre based performance pieces to raise awareness including campaigns for domestic abuse (women’s aid, Man kind) Aids & HIV (Terrence Higgins trust) stalking (Greater Manchester Police) cervical cancer (NHS). Heathers reputation for excellence has ensured she has coached dancers and teams to reach both national and international recognition. Her success in training dancers has past students performing for artists, touring and brands such as Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, The X Factor, The Voice, MTV, Timberland, Adidas, Nike, Glastonbury, Disney and Sony. Heather is committed to continue to pioneer new learning opportunities, applying best practices into innovative courses that positively impact future dance employability.

Kate Prince is a British choreographer, director, and founder of the dance company ZooNation. Born in 1974, Prince grew up in London and began dancing at a young age. She went on to study at the Laban Centre and later at the London Contemporary Dance School. Prince's career in choreography began in 2000, when she created the hip-hop dance company ZooNation. The group quickly gained recognition for their innovative and energetic performances, which blended elements of street dance, contemporary dance, and theater. In 2006, Prince directed and choreographed ZooNation's first full-length production, "Into the Hoods," which premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The show went on to become one of the longest-running productions in West End history, receiving numerous awards and nominations, including an Olivier Award for Best New Musical.
Prince's success with "Into the Hoods" led to further opportunities in the theater world. She went on to choreograph and direct several other productions, including "Some Like It Hip Hop" (2011) and "The Mad Hatter's Tea Party" (2014), both of which received critical acclaim. In 2016, Prince directed and choreographed "Sylvia," a dance-theater piece inspired by the life of Sylvia Pankhurst, a British suffragette. The production premiered at the Old Vic Theatre in London and was praised for its powerful storytelling and innovative choreography.
In addition to her work in theater, Prince has also choreographed for film and television. She worked on the 2010 film "StreetDance 3D" and its sequel, "StreetDance 2," as well as the 2016 film "Bridget Jones's Baby." She has also choreographed for several television shows, including "So You Think You Can Dance" and "The X Factor."
Prince's contributions to the world of dance and theater have not gone unnoticed. In 2013, she was awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for her services to dance. She has also been recognized with several other awards and nominations, including a Critics' Circle National Dance Award for Best Choreography (2011) and an Olivier Award for Best Theatre Choreographer (2017).
Most recently, Prince directed and choreographed "Message In A Bottle," a dance-theater production set to the music of Sting. The show premiered at Sadler's Wells Theatre in London in February 2020 and was praised for its stunning choreography and emotional storytelling.

Nikki trained at London Studio Centre and whilst studying, toured with the National Youth Dance Company and won the Gillian Lynne Award for Jazz before going on to have a successful 12 year career as a Dancer in TV, Stage, Film and Music Industry. This included touring the world with many Global Artists such as Kylie Minogue and Blue and numerous other Pop Artists and TV/Award Shows.
From 2007 Nikki began assisting and Choreographing under many top creatives (Brian Friedman, Elizabeth Honan, Mark Swanhart, William Baker) and worked on huge projects for One Direction, Girl's Aloud, Vodaphone and many prime TV shows. Nikki worked with Kylie Minogue for a long period of her career, overseeing various projects around the world and in 2011, whilst assisting on her Aphrodite Les Follies tour she coached Kylie one on one.
Nikki has gone on to choreograph for Little Mix, Ed Sheeran, Strictly Come Dancing, 20th Century Fox, S Club 7, X Factor, The Greatest Dancer and has worked on 9 consecutive series of Britain's got Talent. Other TV Shows include Let It Shine, Comic Relief, Your Face Sounds Familiar and Movement Coaching on King Gary and Tell Me Anything. She Co-Creatively Directed Pitch Battle for BBC1, directing performances for legends Jermaine Jackson, Chaka Khan and Seal.

Steph trained at Dance Studio Scotland & Telford College whilst attending the associate program at Urdang. After graduating she started her career teaching in Scotland. She then trained further with Robert Hamilton of Hamilton Theatre Arts for 2 years to get audition ready and moved to London to chase her dream career.
She worked in Marrakech for Serendipity Castings, danced in cabaret shows for Stageworks Worldwide Productions and began to teach and choreograph in London. She now has an open class at Base and holds monthly intensives in London specialising in Jazz Heels technique. She is on the faculty at Wilkes Academy, Base Performing Arts and continues to audition regularly.

Noel Bajandas was born and raised in Union City, New Jersey, a town just outside of the bustling streets of New York City, which made an indelible impression on his innate creative talent.
With close to 2 decades teaching, choreographing, and being able to perform on every platform since the age of 14, Noel Bajandas has been able to develop an approach to dance that is very much stylized to who he is as an artist. As a professional dancer and choreographer, Noel Bajandas has had the pleasure of working with Recording Artists such as Madonna, Adam Lambert, Toni Braxton, Miley Cyrus, Eminem, Snoop Dog and Thalia to name a few. He has appeared in many films, including Oscar winner for Best Picture "LA LA LAND", commercials and a number of television shows such as Dancing With The Stars, So You Think You Can Dance and The Big Bang Theory.
He is proud performer of Cirque Du Soleil's first arena touring show "Delirium" as well as choreographer for the EMMY winning HULU show "East Los High". Noel also placed TOP 3 on "Every Single Step", a choreography competition show created and produced by Nigel Lythgoe and hosted by Brain Friedman, and just recently, Noel won the award for BEST CHOREOGRAPHY IN A MUSIC VIDEO for his work in SuperFruits "The Sweet Life" at the World Choreography Awards. You can catch Noel in the upcoming anticipated films “In The Heights” as well as “The Spongebob Movie: Sponge On The Run” where he served as a performer and part of the creative team.

James has worked extensively in theatre, film and IV. whether it be Strictly Come Dancing, assistant choreographer on Britain's Got Talent and The BGT Christmas Special for the last 4 years, or as the choreographer working exclusively with Ot Mabuse and her acts on the BBC's The Greatest Dancer. Last year James created Oti Mabuse's debut tour I AM HERE which performed a sold out UK tour and finished at the London coliseum. He is currenty associate choreographer on The cher show.

Ashley was born and raised on the exotic island of O'ahu, Hawai'i. Her career began at just 8 years old when she was selected to perform in the national tour of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" starring Donny Osmond. In 2007 she won the title of Miss Hawai'i and went on to represent her home state in the Miss America Pageant.
July 5th 2007 was named "Ashley Layfield Day" by the State of Hawai'i Governor and Lieutenant Governor for her considerable work with students in the performing arts community as a dance instructor, choreographer, and motivator.
Soon after her reign, she moved to New York City where she quickly landed a spot on the NBA's Nets dance team. She continued to work as a commercial dancer training under Rhapsody James, and was featured in several national commercials for networks including VH1, TLC, and The Cooking Channel.
Now living in LA, she has spent the last 10 years as a top trainer in the fitness industry sculpting celebrity figures. She co-created The Workout LA, a dance and Pilates inspired workout designed to carefully sculpt long lean muscles.
She is cofounder and creative director for The Heartbeat Movement, a nonprofit dance program for the Los Angeles special needs community. She continues to dance for select projects and most recently was featured in the newest Megan Thee Stallion music video.

Carrie Jones is a celebrity Makeup Artist and has over 20 years experience working in the Fashion and Television industry. She has travelled the world with her career and has worked with a long list of celebrities such as Pink, Gok Wan, Fearne Cotton, Olly Murs, Gemma Collins, Richard E Grant, Nigella Lawson and Keith Lemon.
Her work has been published in British Vogue and Russian Vogue and for many years she was featured as a Skincare and Makeup expert in publications such as Good Housekeeping, A-Magazine and More Magazine. Carrie was also a part of Charlotte Tilbury's team for the Mulberry show at London Fashion week. She has many years experience working with some of the biggest brands in the world from Jimmy Choo, Givenchy and Topshop to Diet Coke, Revlon and Ted Baker.
For the past decade, Carrie has worked specifically with Dancers, working on huge productions such as the MTV Awards with David Guetta and Charlie XCX as well as SW4 festival with Tinie Tempah. She also created her own Portfolio Package business for Dancers, pulling together a team of experts to provide Dancers with a high end Portfolio to start their careers, making her the perfect person to lead the Smash creative team.

Adrian has worked internationally in Further and Higher Education for over twenty years providing academic leadership at all senior levels. Adrian has extensive knowledge in all aspects of quality assurance and enhancement and trained both with the QAA and OfSted in peer review and self-assessment. Adrian has managed, developed and validated provision for Leeds Conservatoire, Royal Conservatoire The Hague, Guildhall School of Music and Drama as well as leading UK universities such as Salford University.
Adrians specialist areas of provision are entertainment law, dispute resolution, contracts and copyright. An enabler for the core business of universities and conservatoires using innovation and proactive ways of working to facilitate and enhance business responsiveness by distilling complex information to offer evidence-based actionable insights linked to political and legislative developments.
Adrian also has a background in law acting as a consultant for Barristers, Solicitors and Advocates to guide agreements in civil and criminal disputes namely for the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission. Adrian is an articulate, focused professional who gathers and analyses information using the results to make effective decisions and innovative solutions to legal problems. Prior to working in education and law Adrian worked for Time Warner as an Artist and Tour Manager specialising in contracts, tour planning and finance.
